LE3 Food Service
In true LE3 fashion, we created our food service program due to the inability to find an already established program that met our needs, standards, and flexibility.
During the 2018-2019 school year we learned how to properly cook our own hot lunches for students of our preschool program. This program quickly grew and we started cooking for our own programming and two private schools.
We are able to curate a fun, healthy, and kid-friendly lunch program.

Chris Leslie
I am honored to be joining the LE3 team as Chef and Kitchen Manager. I have been working in restaurants and kitchens since I was 15, starting out washing dishes and bussing tables and working my way up in the restaurant business. I have also spent a few summers working preschool summer camps and am excited to combine these two careers to create fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals for LE3 students.
Over the years, I’ve cooked at The Buffalo Tap Room & Grill, Park Country Club, Pano’s on Elmwood, and most recently, Lloyd Taco Factory. I am experienced with multiple styles of cuisine, but my most familiar and favorite to cook for others is Italian due to growing up and cooking with my family.
You usually know I’m in the kitchen when you hear music ranging from The Beatles to Stevie Wonder to Frank Sinatra to the Foo Fighters.
When I’m not in a kitchen, I prefer to be on a golf course or hanging at home with my wife, Hannah, and our two cats, watching the Buffalo Bills, Liverpool FC in the Premier League, and a variety of tv and movies.
Go Bills!!!
